They have different companies is what I can see, Avala express and Avala expedite LLC. They said that the rates are bad if you lease a truck but how all these companies from Servia they promise good gross pay every week but it is a lie no body is making money right now not even as a company driver, also their dispatch are located in serbia and to be honest they don't have a clue what they're doing. They are instructed to get loads well paid for them not for you and they don't let you choose where to go if you (lease), I don't want to imagine how could it be as a company driver.

Pros

Good equipment excellent I can say.

Cons

1.-You don't make money. 2.-No loads going back home. 3.- Bunch of lies be aware.

Subject: Urgent Warning: Beware of Unethical Practices at Road King Express I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to share my deeply troubling experience with Road King Express, with the hope that it serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering employment or engagement with this company. My time at Road King Express was marked by a series of alarming incidents that reflect a concerning pattern of unethical behavior. From the very beginning, I was lured in by promises and representations that turned out to be nothing more than deceptive tactics to attract new individuals. This misleading recruitment strategy raises significant ethical concerns, as it sets the stage for an experience that is far from what is promised. Once on-site, I encountered a host of issues that highlighted the company's disregard for fairness and empathy towards its drivers. Unfair policies were enforced with little transparency, leading to a working environment that was not only harsh but also left drivers feeling unsupported and stranded in difficult situations. It is essential for any reputable company to maintain fair and transparent policies to ensure the well-being of its employees, a principle that appears to be lacking at Road King Express. The conditions in the driver's lounge were far from satisfactory, reflecting a lack of consideration for the comfort and well-being of the individuals who spend extended periods on the road. A comfortable and well-maintained lounge is a basic necessity for drivers, and the subpar conditions at Road King Express do not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable company. In addition, the people associated with Road King Express, both at the corporate level and on-site, demonstrated unprofessional behavior. It seemed as though the primary focus was on profit-making, with little regard for giving back to the hardworking individuals who contribute significantly to the company's success. This profit-centric approach creates an environment where drivers feel exploited and undervalued, which is detrimental to both morale and overall productivity. One of the most distressing aspects of my experience was the prevailing attitude of superiority exhibited by the company towards its drivers. This sense of superiority is not only disrespectful but also contributes to drivers being left stranded and unsupported when they need assistance the most. Such a callous approach to employee well-being raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to ethical practices and human decency. In light of these issues, I feel compelled to warn others about the unethical practices and the substandard treatment of drivers at Road King Express. I hope this information helps individuals make informed decisions when considering employment or engagement with the company. Thank you for taking the time to read this warning. I believe that addressing these concerns is crucial for the well-being of potential employees and the reputation of Road King Express. Sincerely, Dr, Samuel T. Robertson IV
