Owner operator now. I taught at Roadmaster until 2004 for 15 years loved it the students as different as they were the females did very well. People from all backgrounds are graduates
Really enjoyed teaching at the Tampa school for 15 years. Started at DIA a smaller school bought by Roadmaster in my 3 year. A total of 15 years total with many students.
Pros
Keep your head. Record keeping getting students not to slam the clutch to the floor when shifting.
Cons
The ones that just didn’t get it. Seeing the light go on.
