Don’t even waste your time here. No money to be made. Trucks are filthy. Truck was infested with cockroaches and they wouldn’t switch my truck and told me to buy roach spray. Couldn’t be ran enough to bring in $600 a week.

Robert was running it was a great company. Now it's average at best. Driver facing cameras. Paladin (management company) will fire you quick. Lowes loads outbound. Backhaul can be anything. SE regional 95% of freight. Breakdown pay is tough. Have to stay on top of it to get paid. Weekly home time if you need/want. But not going to get but 2k-2.3k miles per week. Average equipment. 67mph. Govern
Pros
Home time. Dispatch nice if you run
Cons
Driver facing cameras. Intended to put you in prison! Make no mistake drivers. It will hang you.

I'm really happy at RBI. I haven't had a problem with dispatch or maintenance. We have gotten detention and breakdown pay without a problem. We get all the miles we want. If we need a certain day, whether it is a weekend or weekday they accommodate us. They truly hire you to retire you and we don't plan on going anywhere.
Pros
Professional, caring, good miles

if your lucky you will get maybe 1000 miles, they are in the middle of a restructioning at the office in cairo georgia, and they have let go over 30 drivers in the month of october, due they stated those drivers arent putting in miles on the truck, how can you put miles on the truck when your waiting for loads after a tractor supply load, (they are maybe 200-250 miles and that includes the deadhead, they use to run lowes stores thru the southeastern US but over the last few years they been losing stores. The are very bad at giving you breakdown pay (even when its their fault, their mechanics barely know how to do anything but sit on the butts all day), the yard is a joke, nobody wants to work over the weekends, so the yard becomes a virtual maze to try to drop or pick up trailers, but i think because of the covid-19 hype they got to many drivers, and now they are shedding them as fast as they can find a reason to cut them.
Cons
no work, sad maintenance (everything must be done in valdosta) poor management (i liked it when mr bearden was still running the company, he retired), poor maintained eq, drivers dont want to get trailers/trucks inspected, or have issues fixed on them

This company treats drivers like trash. Talk down to you. Cuss you. Threaten to fire you. They have a screwed up dispatch system, 2 different dispatches. One outbound and one inbound. You only get to pick outbound load. Then the other dispatch gives you what they want and you have no say. They don’t want you home on the weekends. That’s why they word their ads weekly. Fuel stops that make no sense. Forget about maintenance, favorite phrase is “I’ll have to order parts”. I was miserable there from day one! Oh and the so called yard in Valdosta. No shower, drivers room smelled of cigarette smoke. Get ready for a truck full of sand every time you go there.
Pros
Wished I could think of something
Cons
Everything. Worst job I ever had
