Do not work for this company. The dispatch had me going to loads that weren’t there. The owner only paid me half of what I was owed then fired me. This company won’t be around long. If you’re reading this I know she seems nice on the phone. She’s not like that once you’re in. You can make more money at other places. No benefits, no layover pay, forced loads, no detention pay, the truck was falling apart, (blew a tire and had a coolant week one week into driving) Sat on the side of the road for 14 hours waiting for tire service because she wanted the cheapest possible. Don’t come here. You will regret it.

Pros

None

Cons

Everything wrong with trucking.

She will promise 2300 a week guaranteed then once you’re on the road she will switch you to a percentage. She is new to this. Loads aren’t consistent, dispatcher is always unavailable, and the owner talks to you like you are nothing. And she will blame you for everything. Doesn’t matter what happens it’s always your fault no matter how hard you work.

Pros

At least I’m driving.

Cons

Nothing positive so far other than me having a job. She knows nothing about driving other than that there is money involved.
