Personable and reliable dispatch. Provide spacious team trucks. Safety is top notch. Great running lanes for obtaining steady miles. The shop is attentive to truck maintenance. My husband and I team drove for almost two years and then I had to come off the truck to care for my 90 year old father. I have worked for other companies in the past, and can honestly say that RRR is the most stress free trucking company. It is not big, but has a long standing relationship with their shipping accounts which keeps them busy. The owner is a former driver, so he is well aware of what drivers need and want and he tries his best to provide it. The only set back is that since they are small, they don’t offer affordable health insurance. We got ours cheaper through the health care marketplace. The miles are consistent, so the pay is consistent. If I ever get back to team driving with my hubby, RRR is where I want to be.

Pros

Steady runs and pay. Dispatch is always available and they all work together as a team to keep you running. Best trucks for teams.

Cons

Does not provide affordable insurance. Shop and dispatch could do a little better communicating with each other they do not offer any Holiday pay. .

Shop manager runs this business, ( inadvertently) no preventitive maintenance or knowledge. Unorganized and no communication with DM's . BAD BAD shop ignorance .SOLO DRIVER NIGHTMARE. Must be up for sale, owner non existent for business operation ( awareness ) or does not care. Seat of the pants operation.

Pros

Seemed fine ,( just fine). As team . Nothing special , only pro, free dog treats.

Cons

NO PERKS, LOW CPM, EXPENSIVE CRAPPY INSURANCE, No pay holidays or vacation pay. If you have experience walk like I did. I had to switch 3 trucks in 1 day to get one with better chances of not breaking down, lasted 2 weeks then broke down and then sent to dealer for weeks, lost pay and they want to slip seat you into another team truck while they are on vacation without their knowledge. They said, they will not know unless they ask.NO COMPENSATION, for their errors!!!. I am waiting for the truck

Very fair pay and great people. Equipment is older for solo but very well maintained. Loads mostly all the time with ne place you will sit this is not exactly the case here. They immediately try to get you freight and thump your clock. If you like being late everywhere and sitting do not apply here cause they run you at this company. Great lounge its a house full kitchen and showers . Overall I like this place and it FAIR treatment of its equipment and drivers.

Pros

Freight. Money . Trucks. Lounge. People.

Cons

Sometimes sitting. No paid parking unless emergency.

This company used to be a great company to work for. Sadly, it isn’t anymore. New dispatchers changed the whole atmosphere for the drivers and not for the better. Too many changes in the past couple of years and the drivers have been left out in the cold. Insurance is ridiculous and there is no compensation In pay so you’re actually going backwards in pay.

Pros

Nice drivers lounge and newer trucks

Cons

Lack of communication and dispatchers don’t know anything about trucking. Drivers are just another load of freight to them.

Great place to work if u know u can never become sick while trying to run a ld on a holiday. When I became sick on the job I was fired . Thankfully, I was only a few miles from Gordon Hospital when stranded.

Pros

Great routes to col.and fla. Really reasonable pay.

Cons

I think the Gary Waters guy rates about the 3 Rd worst dispatcher of my intire 30 yrs.
