Great company until Big G bought them out now RTR is known as BIG G automotive division. Still same great dispatchers but they are handcuffed as much as the drivers. Local maintenance at crutchfield Ave is amazing but BIG G mechanics just want to sit around and watch tv. Road side breakdowns can take up to two days through BIG G maintenance

This could be a great company but they just refuse to pay drivers fairly. They are very laid back. You do your job and they leave you alone.

The other reviews are lies fast trucks low pay bad insurance junk trailers they don't fix anything they just send the truck to someone else. They have great home time company could be great if pay wasn't so low

Small company atmosphere, good runs, good pay, great insurance, excellent vacation time. Trucks that go over 70mph???? Great company to work for

Good People. The majority of freight is dedicated out and back . Perfect miles and a lot of weeks you will be home during the week .
