Drove Pacific NW to Kentucky. Have since retired. Was a good company would go back to them in a heart beat. My last dispatcher was excellent but all of them were ok as dispatchers go. Home time was what I picked since Owner Operator. Plus they replaced any load locks I needed. Not the Highest paying company but the most consistent company I have been with.

Pros

All Owner Operator company with consistent loads. All there long haul trailers were in excellent condition. If a long deadhead was needed they paid extra mileage pay. Always had loads available.

Cons

When loading produce may have as many stops as 5 stops and long wait times to load which was uncompensated. After delivery often had to wait a day for the next load. After hours dispatch, was often less experienced so was difficult sometimes.

If you want to make money don't go to RWI trust me you can work as a company driver and make more money believe me I tested it and did make more money as a company driver

Great hometime. Home every weekend with 12-1600 in your pocket after everything. Always have consistent freight with dedicated accounts. Bad fuel surcharge but makes up for it at pump with discounts
