WARNING FOR ALL TRUCK DRIVERS-IF YOUR LOAD IS DELIVERING TO CHEWY FULLFILLMENT IN OCALLA DO NOT ACCEPT IT. CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. WE TOOK A LOAD OF KITTY LITTER FROM COLORADO TO OCALA. CHEWY REJECTED HALF THE LOAD SAYING IT WAS BROKEN PALLETS-NO DAMAGE TO PRODUCT AT ALL, ONE OF THE 10 PALLETS WAS BROKEN, BUT FORKLIFT COULD STILL GET UNDER IT. HELD HOSTAGE FOR 4 DAYS WAITING FOR A RESOLUTION. NOT ONLY DID WE LOSE 4800 ON OUR NEXT LOAD OUT, BUT WERE GIVEN $250 PER DAY LAYOVER AND ONCE A LOCATION TO DELIVER REMAINING PRODUCT-THEY WERE ONLY WILLING TO PAY 1.27 PER MILE ALL IN TO GO 118 ADDITIONAL MILES AS USUAL, THE DRIVER IS THE ONE GETTING SCREWED. RXO WAS THE BROKER-ALSO NOW A DO NOT USE FOR US DRIVERS, STAND YOUR GROUND, EVENTUALLY THE TIDE WILL HOPEFULLY TURN OUR WAY.

Don’t work here, just think the company should be shut down. What a trash place. Do not work here, do not use this company.

They are the grinch that stole Christmas with out ever giving it back. I wouldn't recommend them to a dog how bad they are

This broker refused to reimburse my $235 lumper fee. Not because it was not submitted within 48 hours to the payment email. But because the lumper receipt itself was not additionally submitted to two people mentioned on the rate con that did not have a point of contact on the rate con.

This place is the absolute worst! Should be shut down! They have terrible customer service, terrible accountability, terrible pay!
