It’s was nice when Masterbrand didn’t own them. you run all 48 states but home every weekend. The trucks are junk because they are Ryder serviced and we all know how Ryder is. I just wish they buy their own trucks. A few of the trailers leak water so some cabinets have gotten damaged. Before Masterbrand, it was awesome. Now that Masterbrand owns them, it’s turning into the military, literally.

Pros

Home every weekend, no micro management, no route dictation

Cons

100+lb cabinets are stacked three high, dealing with Ryder truck maintenance, some times dispatch will ignore your phone calls, cameras facing the driver, favoritism of routes for the guys that’s been there for 20 years or more. Masterbrand does not care about driver safety, otherwise they wouldn’t stack cabinets too the roof with some weighing over 100lbs. Can’t wait until one falls on me so I can sue the #### out of them. No back braces given too drivers
