Man I wasn’t even going to leave a review until I seen the review this other guy left on march 24th. I am a black and Puerto Rican man and work at Schiller.. bro they aren’t racist or mistreat anyone cmon u know that’s nonsense. Never ever have they made any driver here pay out of pocket especially dispatch and especially rose because operations don’t handle that type of thing.. they transfer the call and everything is paid by eshop or shop connect. I drive a 2026 Pete and they don’t even have any old busted trucks here. The whole being short miles on your pay… or not being paid detention is also wild.. one thing about Schiller is they don’t F*** with your money.. not a dollar and not a cent. Rose don’t make those types of shot calls to keep driving on a derate… maintenance would have towed the truck and safety would have stepped in and overpowered them all and shut you down and made maintenance handle it asap in the event it wasn’t being handled but it never goes that far. I’ve been incredibly pissed! I’ve even been disrespectful by cursing and screaming and hanging up on them and I even quit… nothing to do with anything u just mentioned I was battling some real trauma from things I was dealing with at home and they welcomed me back and even gave me even more support mentally upon returning…. But this nonsense you talking is not true man and this is Eddie @the_vsg_trucker on IG.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You've certainly seen horrible companies but this one is blatanttly cruel. During your oroentation you'll meet a couple of guys who will brag about their experience in trucking. I swore I would never write a negative report about any company but I took it upon myself to save somebody. If you're Black you should know that all the trucks you will get from them have serious issues that they're aware of but chose not to fix. I decided to put up with the following BSs. Do the math, they don't pay you 65 to 70 cents as they claim. First of all your paid miles will be off by 100 to 300 miles. Secondly, you will be picking up and dropping 2 to 3 loads everyday. Which means you will spend most of your time at the receivers and shippers. And if you think you're gonna get detention it might happen once in a while. I can remember getting 30 bucks for sitting 7 hours at a shipper's. Not only will you never get close to 3000 miles but also their girlfriends whom they call dispatchers will book a load counting on falsifying your logs. Don't think you're gonna be able to make claims because you will receive your statements in the middle of the night on Thursday when they are sure there's no one in the office to speak to. Don't fall for that Sir they will address you by. They don't know how annoying it is. This is why. They think they own you. One day I got a call from the most inexperienced dispatcher called Rose. In a very angry and rude tone she wanted to know why I applied for another job. Really? I won't say how she made me feel. From then on she would lie that her system was down and have me pay for their repairs and fees out of my pocket. I failed to say that the truck I had was derated and had limited speed. Yet they made me drive that truck hauling loads around the country. The worst is still to come. When I got to Chicago and dropped the truck these guys stole everything i had and threw what they did not need on the floor and took pics of it to show me. Oh I never told them I was leaving.

Pros

What good thing can I say about thieves?

Cons

Very horrible equipments and individuals. When you see good reports somewhere about them it's their iwn people.
