Schneider Dollar General dedicated account in Janesville, Wisconsin. They gimme me a truck to start everything was ok even the demanding physical job to unload freight in winter time, until I ask for 1 week of vacation, but when I returned to work my truck a Cascadia 2026 has a "new" owner a brand new driver without experience, so sad, anyway I keep working but many of the DG trailer has defects, also they started to gimme me the more difficult location in Chicago so I decided to step out and find better trucking companies. They gave me that 2026 Cascadia because I almost died on the road because the lack of maintenance of my previous truck made it shutdown at full speed in the middle of the road.

Pros

If you understand how to work with the system, you can have all your weekend at home.

Cons

Bad maintenance. Some of the driver manager never pick the phone even in a emergency or are so lazy to return the phone call. The senior drivers always pick the longest or easiest job, like one stop at upper Michigan or Minnesota. Trucks governed at 65 MPH trying going faster result in a phone call for "speeding", doing this or the another situation they called critical event (hard braking, close following distance, or skipping the trailer) for more than 3 times in a month result in terminati
