Load planner is a nightmare, if you're not in her little click you are nothing. I heard a few guys refer to her as dragon lady and how true it is. If you have truck issue you'll never get to the garage to fix it. Load planner controls that entire company and will make you bring back a cheap load of soup and if you refuse then you'll be dirt. The broker loads I've hauled through them have actually been better than average except that soup load. Stay away people cause she WILL set you up for failure

Pros

Actual dispatch

Cons

Load planner and scared management of load planner

Equipment is 68 mph. You can't afford home-time, make it quick. If you're profiting less than any company driver, you're not an independent contractor. You're lucky to make a $1,000 sometimes. You're paying to move other people's products and paying the company to work for them. You will lose everything, family/relationship, home, and personal time.

Pros

Nice people

This company doesn't give a #### about its driver's. They treat lease operators like company drivers. I thought Hurricane Express sucked but this company is tied

Money is the biggest issue, there’s no drop and hook all live unloads so you burn a lot of time waiting.. Trucks are set at 68mph so you can’t make up any time at all. Too many expenses which is why you can’t make money. Your first 3 weeks are without a truck payment so your first check will be good but the next two weeks they’ll make it to where you won’t do much so they won’t have to pay you without the truck payment. I’m not bashing this company I’m stating facts.. the people are nice they need to fix the pay ….

Pros

Good equipment home time whenever

Cons

Very low pay, old trailers no drop and hook
