They cheat you out of your pay, they will keep your last check. Extremely low pay, don’t believe what they tell you, the whole operation designed to cheat the drivers out of their money and hard work. Save yourself from frustration and look elsewhere because if they say that they will pay you $1400 a week, that's not the truth they are saying that so you will work for them. You will probably get $500 to $800 a week for a 12 hour work day. and when you quit, they won't give you your last check, they will find a way to keep it by saying you owe them for something that isn't true or for damages to something that should be covered by the insurance. They prey on desperate drivers that needs a job however, they steal your money.

A very BAD place to work. Rate Con quotes x amount of miles, if you are lucky you will get paid for 80% of those miles. Fraudulent DOT inspection process. (Truck and trailer getting inspected in Chicago while they are physically in NJ. Was sent "new" DOT paperwork and copies of new stickers via fax at a truck stop. No reimbursements for cat scales, fluids, or repairs. Equipment is a hodge podge of busted up trucks that were abused by "steering wheel holders and seat warmers". Trying to get anything fixed is a joke, warned maintenance head that trailer brakes were in need of repair, was told to keep running and we would fix next time in Chicago; got 4 tickets at DOT inspection site in Florida and red tagged; lost 2 days waiting to get trailer brakes fixed at the scale house. Lost another 2 days waiting for their incompetent mechanics to fix/resolve a fuel leak. And don't get me started about the APU's that are supposed to "save" them money; spent more money fixing these then the fuel to idle the trucks at night would have cost. Company still owes me $3000 for last paycheck, repairs, and Escrow. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE THIEVES!!
Pros
Finally not having to listen to owner/dispatch/head of maintenance whine and throw obscenity laden temper tantrums over the phone.
Cons
Paycheck is always short.
Maintenance is woefully inadequate.
Equipment needs to be sent to the scrap yard.
Dispatch and management is a JOKE!
