Great company to be apart of, feels like family. I can definitely see myself staying long term. It’s been a few years so far, day one to now very consistent management and operations team.

I’ve had a great experience working for this company. Management is supportive, communication is clear, and they genuinely respect their employees. Dispatch is organized and fair, pay is always on time, and the equipment is well maintained. It’s refreshing to work for a trucking company that values professionalism and treats people right. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid place to work.

Effective communication

Newer equipment , decent pay. Run how you want. Can take hometime when needed. Doctors appointments were never a hassle. Will help with equipment

Truck was picked up in bad condition. Bad kingpin or something causing bad vibrations and shaking making it DANGEROUS to drive and trying to force the driver to bring it to Chicago (but didn't even pick it up there It was LEFT ABANDONED by another driver and seems like they want a free recovery. Dispatch is rude and seems like all he cares about is getting there broken down truck to Chicago. I think they would owe me a recovery pay.

Pros

The only pro is that they did buy a power inverter (but won't pay to install it) and the truck I pretty but don't drive well.

Cons

Trying to force the driver to drive the truck when it's NOT safe to drive
