Nine trucks, 16+ years of operation, and we bring on about one operator a month because every load gets handled right when the fleet stays small. We pay a competitive weekly split by direct deposit every Friday, and veterans start at a higher rate. Fuel discounts average $0.54 off per gallon, accessorials are covered, and you're home every weekend. We're looking for experienced O/Os with 2+ years OTR, a clean record, and their own tractor.
