Orientation pay in two weeks if you do everything they tell you home time isn't home time if a truck and trailer needs fixing and the lazy mechanics didn't fix it before you started driving they will waste your time and not pay you instead they will give you a separation letter and no money this is a garbage company and they wait for you to get in the truck before you meet everyone in the office because they team up on you all at once next thing you know you have all of them calling your phone loud talking you with no respect there very nasty people.

Horrible company I went into orientation 11-23-25 they post on line 250 orientation pay in two weeks what they didn't tell you was if they liked you so your supposed to check out the vehicle and they said I was on home time but wanted me to drive the truck and didn't want to pay breakdown pay so they don't care about any thing you find wrong with the truck so I spoke to Jeremy gobble right before Thanksgiving he says I don't need you to bring the truck back to Tennessee because no one there likes me and he says there's a reason we hold back orientation pay two weeks and your not getting it why because I'm black you feel the need to miss treat me so I drove 500 miles for a paycheck of 73 dollars WOW.

So I was with this company for 3 days they had a problem cleaning the truck mechanics didn't know what they were doing and they don't like when you tell them something needs to be fixed they would rather put another driver in the truck than to fix it a very high turnover I got fired because the owner said no one liked me I don't drive trucks to be liked I drive trucks to be free from hypocrites if you don't like me because I complain about a truck being dirty and you know the truck needs maintenance then you know you can find somebody else to put in your truck and not get it fixed garbage company do not go unless you don't have an opinion and then you'll fit right in.
Pros
Orientation pay in two weeks I was never going to get.
Cons
Company plays games KKK.

Terrible place to work, pay, equipment maintenance, no sign on bonus or benefits. Terrible dispatchers. OTR drivers don't get paid holiday pay.

See Google review by GirlyQ for important information. Drivers get the shaft every chance the company gets...from shaving miles to expensive insurance to "forgetting" to pay you for detention or breakdown time.
Pros
Runs are not usually high pressure/tight schedule.
Cons
Where do I begin? Low pay & mostly low miles, expensive insurance, inept dispatchers, poor communication, lots of mechanical issues with trucks, detention pay only $10/hr after the first 2 hours, and they try hard not to ever pay you for it.
