Southerland’s Private Fleet - Southerland Transport, LLC is currently seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in the Nashville, TN regional market.

Responsibilities of our CDL Class A Truck Driver Regional
● Transport deliveries to customer base and vendors in a safe and responsible manner
● Follows the delivery schedule and utilizes knowledge for safest and most efficient route
● Applies knowledge and abilities to safely load and unload product at customer locations
● Manages bill of ladings, delivery receipts and COD (cash on delivery)
● Provides good customer service to stores and vendors
● Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Documents any mechanical issues on the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report - DVIR
● Utilizes ELDs – ELogs to stay compliant with DOT hours of service
● Maintains a valid driver's license and DOT physical card
● Performs other related duties as assignedRequirements of our CDL Class A Truck Driver Regional
● High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
● Valid Driver’s License - CDL - A and DOT Medical Certification (No haz-mat required)
● One (1) year of verifiable driving experience OR six (6) months of verifiable driving experience and a driving school certificate from an Accredited Driving School/Academy.
● Satisfactory driving record with minimal violations on MVR and CSA score.Compensation for our CDL Class A Truck Driver Regional
● $.65 per mile (loaded and empty miles)
● Earn up to $85,000 a year
