If you are planning to work for this company read this review first
I was invited here by a good friend they promised him 1000 dollars for bringing me in if I worked for 3 months he never received that money
The company structure is a mess if you need something be ready to call everyone because they don’t pass information between departments which creates constant problems
There is no night dispatcher the dispatchers fleet manager and safety manager live in Moldova when it is 5 pm for us it is night for them so you stay alone with your problems until the next morning
After 3 months they promised to raise my percentage they did but only after two weeks of constant reminders
About the deposit from 1500 dollars they returned only 1000 and only after dozens of calls they ignored and after Alex was convinced to return at least part of the money

They lie you will never make what they promised. Running on Hos that they adjust but drive on your own risk.

I’ve been driving with Stratan Inc for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best carrier companies I’ve worked for. The dispatchers are professional and always respectful, they plan routes efficiently, and they never leave you stranded without support. Pay is fair, always on time, and they’re transparent about rates and loads. The equipment is well-maintained, and safety is a real priority here.
What I appreciate most is the communication — if there’s ever an issue on the road, I know I can count on the team to have my back. It feels like they actually care about the drivers, not just the trucks.

I’ve been with this trucking outfit for a couple years now, and it’s a solid mid-sized operation focused on mid, to long hauls—mostly OS some OW but nothing too crazy. They keep things moving without too much drama, landing consistent loads through a mix of direct shippers and brokers. Pay’s reliable, with decent mileage rates that beat some of the bigger carriers I’ve tried, but it’s not without the usual industry headaches like occasional deadhead miles. Overall, it’s a no-frills setup that gets the job done if you’re looking for steady work without the mega-fleet bureaucracy.
They handle load assignments quickly, and they’re responsive if traffic or weather throws a wrench in. Companies pay off of percentage, depending on experience. They also have a lease to own program after being with the company for some time.
Pros
The dispatch team’s competent—my main contact is straightforward and doesn’t waste time with fluff. Safe to say, best dispatcher I’ve had so far.
Cons
The company does a decent job minimizing empty runs, but deadhead miles still pop up, especially on backhauls from rural drop-offs. I’ve had stretches where 10-15% of my weekly miles were unpaid, which stings when fuel costs add up.
