The only promise fulfilled was pay. No insurance, 401k or other benefits as advertised. No days off. Common to work 3 weeks straight 12-20 hours daily and have to beg for a weekend when promised a 5/2 or 6/3 schedule. They will then give you a day off.

Pros

Paid for every hour worked as advertised

Cons

Son is supposedly taking company over. He plays the good cop and his father the owner is the bad cop with the dispatcher stuck somewhere in the middle. Stale routine they use to push people to wrecking trucks. 5 totaled trucks so far in 2023 out of a small fleet of 40'ish tractors.
