I ain’t out here grinding 24/7 I run around 4 days a week and I’m still pulling solid cash up front. But if you’re showing up to lease a truck with empty pockets and no credit card in your wallet you’re already in the ditch before you leave the lot. This ain’t a lottery ticket, it’s a business. And like any business, you need to come in with some fuel in the tank, financially speaking. My dispatchers, they’ve got my back like a co-pilot. I don’t gotta chase themem down or guess where my next load is coming from. If you’re thinking about leasing, do it smart. Stack some money first, get your head right, and roll in ready.

The absolute WORST company in the world. They brag about you being able to keep 75%. Nothing is included in that 25% commission. On top of that is a trailer fee $250(dry van). Cargo insurance ($295). Truck note ($500-800). I ran a week of $7950 gross. Off the top they got $1987. $2450 in fuel. My check was $600. They will add on ridiculous amounts of deductions that you will never get a clear answer on. They will try to pay you $30-$100 to go recover trucks and trailers that other drivers abandoned all over the USA. Don't ever do favors for them. These people are Level 5 scammers. I left their truck on the yard cleaned out and cleaned. I grossed a $5k check and didn't expect anything from that check. However, they are so shady, they went into my account and did a reversal on payment for the week before. Baby I called 911 so fast. Play with your mama, not me. They are illegal. Come here if you are homeless, on SAP, or just want to give them your money. But don't be like me, and think you will be an exception to the rule. I paid for freedom. They don't call you. They don't care. Run the truck for 24 hours if you want to. Chile I have a clean record. I don't know why I even dealt with these crooked folks. I took pics of the clean truck left on the yard in case they try to charge for abandonment they are so shady, please cover your back in every aspect if you come to this company.
Cons
No brokers work with them due to their horrendous safety score. That lie about grossing 9-10k a week will never happen. No one but CH Robinson work with them.

One week I’m haulin’ steady and pullin’ in close to three grand, next week it’s like I’m drivin’ for gas money. That’s just how the freight game’s been rollin’ lately. But I gotta say,the crew over at Super Ego’s been steering through it like pros.Big outfit, sure, but they ain’t leaving us hanging. Still,it ain’t all on them the whole industry’s been in a weird funk.Feels like things are slowly leveling out though.End of the day, if you know how to run smart and keep your wheels turnin’, there’s still plenty of green out there to grab.

Been here with Super ego for about 5 months now. They do lease trucks and yeah there are deductions comes with the territory. If you’re out here just chasin’ fast cash, this might not be your dream setup. But if you're thinking long term, that truck’s yours at the end,and that counts for something. The best option here for me is the load board, lets you see what’s out there and pick your own loads.Only had one hiccup with pay bein’ late, but I hit up their complaints and they took care of it quick. No BS, just handled. They’ve been fair to me and in this industry, that means a lot.
