Here I have the freedom to plan my schedule is one of the best parts of being an owner operator. balancing work and personal life has made the job much more sustainable and enjoyable, It might be less ideal for someone who prefers very flexible or intermittent schedules.

One thing I noticed is if you communicate like a pro they deal with you like one.I dont yell and act crazy on the phone and I dont get nonsense back either.Dispatch has worked with me when I needed a reset or had to switch stuff up.That goes a long way in this business where alot of people dont answer at all.

Terrible experience: unsafe trucks, zero support, misleading charges, horrible hotels, constant delays, no transparency, and wasted time. Avoid this company

I appreciate the flexibility that comes with being an owner operator at Super Ego. I manage a Kenworth T680, and being able to choose loads and plan my own schedule gives me independence. Support is available when needed, which makes it easier to stay on track.

I enjoy the independence that comes with the lease purchase program. I’m leasing an International LT625. and I plan my own routes, decide which loads to take, and manage my own schedule.It’s challenging at times, but the freedom to run my truck the way I want makes it worthwhile.
