This is my third week, and I’m already seeing POSITIVE numbers! Just keep driving and stay on good terms with your dispatcher — that makes all the difference. This ain’t a company driver position and a lot of folks need to be real with themselves about that...You’re out here running your OWN business. If you put in the work, you’ll see the results.

I run my own truck, and Super Ego gives me the freedom to operate the way I want. No forced dispatch, good load options, and I keep a solid percentage. If you’re looking for complete independence with support when you need it, this is a good place to be.

Cons
I dont have any complaints for now

Current employee/lease operator super ego advertises self dispatch that is a lie you get to look at a load board. If you see a load that you want you tell your dispatcher to book that load for you that is not self dispatching. You can look at the load board And see loads that are paying $3000 and $4000 yet when you get to that area those loads are no longer available one day later when you leave that area those loads mysteriously reappear. 99% of the trucks are damaged if you want a brand new truck you will have to put down $3000.
Pros
I’m sorry I don’t have no pros
Cons
Trucks are damaged with high miles and you’re still going to pay $600 and up per week

The Ego app’s solid when it comes to hunting down your own loads. I usually start by checking what’s available around where I’m sitting, then piece together a solid 2-3 load route.Once I’ve got a plan I shoot it over to dispatch to see if they think it’ll work. If they give it the green light, they’ll get everything set up quick and shoot over the load info, all buttoned up and ready to roll. But here’s the thing don’t sit around waiting on dispatch to do all the legwork. My dispatcher knows what he's doing no doubt, but if you’re just sitting while they’re looking, you’re burning daylight.I try to scout while I’m still unloading or getting loaded. In this line of work, every minute counts and if you’re not moving, you’re not earning.

This is my second lease and running with Super Ego, I’m pulling in $8k a week or more without breaking much of a sweat.Yeah it’s a lease deal there’s gonna be a stack of deductions, no sugarcoating that. But truth is, trucking’s a wild ride, same as life Every company’s got folks with rough stories, but that don’t mean yours will turn out the same.A lot of drivers out here carry their past scars into every new stop. I ain’t saying Super Ego’s some kind of paradise, but from my end, both leases went smoother than most.In the end,it’s about how you run your game and what you’re aiming to get from it.
