I never thought I’d be driving a truck straight from the dealer. When I sat in that brand new Pete for the first time, I felt like a kid again. It’s a grind, but every mile feels worth it when you know the truck can be yours.Good option to try.

If you are a SAP driver, prepare to get abused more severely than clean record drivers. I still have pictures of the dangerous filthy, sht box they put me in. Never get the recovery truck deal, they send you to get a truck someone abused on their way out. They don’t give a fk about safety. In just 2 weeks of working at Super Ego, after taking all the pictures and reporting bald tires, they would negotiate necessary repairs, give me the run around, & sounded irritated with my constant reporting of fckn bald tires and missing mirrors, I went through weigh stations like this. In 2 weeks I had 2 blowouts, I was stuck on the roadside waiting for mobile repair. You have to send the BOL to 5 different people who keep asking about it. They have 3 different shifts, ( morning evening & weekend) with different people not giving a sht about your safety, sanity or CDL. They pay you with EFS checks which charge a fee to cash at a truck stop, if your tank happens to be full and you can’t purchase 50 gallons of fuel, enjoy the fee & the time it takes to call some customer service center for verification. Every possible warning & ✅ engine light was illuminated on my dash board, you see all of them when you turn the key one click right & wait for them to disappear before starting the engine, maybe 5 would disappear after starting the truck. I have never seen that many warning lights & my engine finally gave out on a truck with 293K miles. That is their idea of a maintained vehicle. If they put you in a dangerous truck with bald tires, walk away right there, refuse to drive it. After leaving you sidelined for a while they will call back knowing they are wrong & that you right.
Pros
They hire SAP drivers right after return to duty test, but prepare to be treated bad & asked to drive dangerous broken equipment.
Cons
After reporting bald tires & missing mirrors they ask you to drive like that just a little longer. Repair day comes & it does not happen. God rescued me from losing my CDL or worse a bad accident.

I’m an owner operator with a Peterbilt, and the lease purchase program has allowed me to gain independence on the road, I can plan my trips around what works best for me, and the team has been approachable when I needed advice or support. being an owner operator requires self motivation and discipline to manage daily responsibilities.

Due to my recent experience of total disappointment the shear number of grievances amongst other drivers who were and are associated with this scam of an outfit. Today, I have formally contacted the US Attorney General Office and submitted a complaint and a request to investigate this s**t hole. Next, I hope to commence a class action lawsuit against Super Ego Holdings.
Pros
There are none to speak of
Cons
This company is a complete scam

I run an International LT625 and I rent dry van. The lease purchase program is best for someone willing to commit to consistent work. Maintenance and load planning require attention, but the independence and learning opportunities have been very valuable.
