Still with super ego and here's my honest take: Invest in a reliable truck and trailer as any issues become your responsibility once you hit the road,$0 down is not always the best option.Expect deductions initially but with strategic load planning and fuel management you can stay in the green.A supportive dispatcher and heeding orientation advice can make all the difference.Overall, my experience was positive, receiving settlements weekly and feeling supported even during challenges.

Pros

good trucks,and loads

Cons

higher deductions initially

My suggestion is to aim for 2-week trips aim for 4 loads per trip and remember you're paid by loads not miles.. calculate fuel costs per load and only buy what's necessary... trransition from a company driver mindset to an owner-operator mentality... It takes time so stay positive and focused..treat the truck and trailer as your own.. not a bad company at all..you can make good money here if you are smart enough..

Been through the wringer as a company driver but since I made the switch to leasing it's like I hit the highway with a full tank of freedom and then some . Sure there's more on my plate, but owning my rig and calling the shots ? That's worth every mile, and then some . It's a challenge no doubt but ain't nothin' great ever came easy . So I'll keep rollin' on 'cause when you lease the road's yours to conquer . Super Ego's lease is the gold standard!!

Equipment is trash. They may lie n tell u that u get 88% but u get 75% n expenses are elevated never low to your success. Accounting doesn’t answer n its automated messages if emails . I dont recommend run away

They are in the business of selling you cheap equipment well over what they paid for it,do not recommend anyone doing business with these criminals, they rob truckers & don't care
