Naw. I won't recommend doing their lease purchase scam. The truck I got started breaking down the second week, probably lost 4-5 days without compensation staying in hotels instead of working. With the payments and shifty rates I was taking home around $1400-2200 a week. Could have made more as company driver. I feel like whoever drove the truck before me cut corners on maintenance and I got the big stifffy. Other people are good but the dispatcher I got assigned booked me terrible paying loads mostly south east. The loads were not consistent and depending on freight market, no dedicated accounts.
Pros
Friendly people in office, somewhat new equipment
Cons
Shifty rates, dispatchers from overseas, east and southeast mostly, high truck and trailer payment, otr only

This is without a shadow of a doubt, the absolute best company I have worked for in my 33 years of living. You will be treated with the utmost respect, paid a very decent wage, and will be kept moving until you're ready for hometime.
I came onboard in November of '24 with 9 months exp as a trucker, all on dryvan. I was trained on reefer and started at 67cpm, averaging about 2800miles per week. Stayed on that side for about 3 months, but couldn't get along with the dispatch team (that's life) so asked to move to flatbed and was obliged. I was then trained on flatbed, and have been doing that for the last 6 months, averaging 3k miles per week ($2k per week as a company driver) . I am given the freedom to make mistakes, correct my mistakes, and learn from them, without someone constantly breathing down my neck telling me how and when to do something. The dispatcher I work with on flatbed side is Mite, and he is very easy to get along with. The fleet manager, Mr Dan, is a real class act, and has treated me with nothing but respect from day one. This company is simply outstanding.
Pros
70mph trucks
All new equipment
Great pay
No driver-facing-cameras
Pet and passenger friendly
Company driver, LP, and OO positions available
Great work culture
Non-forced dispatch
Cons
I can't think of any at this moment.

Working hard in this company pays off, although the market is not the best at the moment, the dispatch people are working hard to make sure you are making money. Home time is given once you tell them 2 weeks in advance.
Pros
Communication, dispatch, after-hours

This company is a joke they want you to pay to fix the equipment you lease but will never get the title too. The dispatchers have no clue what they are doing and you can't book your own loads . They will leave you sitting with 30hrs on your clock just so you only make $500 and have to starve
Pros
Robbie and a few others are good people
Cons
Everything about them
