You never know how much a load pays. Ex-Director of Safety accused me of being a complainer of how they operated. Chad, the head of maintenance, was verbally abusive and accusatory. Don’t give details about loads. Don’t assign loads in a timely fashion. The VP is verbally abusive and threatening. When I quit, I was cursed at, was told they would ruin my credit.

You would never know how much your paychecks are until you get it because they would never tell you how much a load pays. They'll let you know you make a percentage but it's the guessing game on how much you getting paid

I set 2 days during the work week, I make bare minimum. You can literally make more money local home everyday then you can hear. Most loads I've delivered in one week is three. You will set for 10-26 hours

Never put much stock in reviews but I wish I had, no money, and absolutely no respect from the owner. If you go to work for them plan on sitting because they don’t have the loads. Good luck!
