Dear, I read all the reviews with one star and I was convinced that they were written by people who have problems with themselves or are somehow unable to think well, lazy and the like. I have worked in the company since its opening, other people also work with me who do not have any problems. Yes, there are things, but this is a job that requires a lot of effort, patience and attention. I want to inform all the authors of one star that Team Line is no longer a small object, but a strong structure that has really fixed a lot of its mistakes. They are now especially investing in high salaries for people so that people are satisfied. This company has enough work. All the technology is updated and it is not like someone is trying to paint it. We really feel safe here and we can be 100% guaranteed for our earned money. People, do not trust those who The author is lying and gives one star. It's not real. Team Line You are the best and the best version of yourself.

Worst company to work for. They don’t comply at all with service hours they also edit the BOL. And I can’t understand how they are running US MAIL loads. They do t keep trucks documents currents a lot of registrations expired I have some coworkers with the same issues. Also they will find any little excuse to steal your withholding weeks. This company should be reported and closed FMCSA

I don't recommend working at this place at all! You'll merely be used as a tool to make money for the company because that's all they care about. Seriously, steer clear!

I worked for TEAM LINE LLC for almost a year. While they didn’t force me to run illegal, they absolutely enabled and encouraged violations of HOS rules. I was regularly dispatched on loads that made legal compliance impossible — driving over 5,000 miles in a week was routine. They turn a blind eye as long as the load moves and the money flows.
I want to give credit where it’s due: my dispatcher was the only decent person I interacted with. They were respectful, professional, and tried to help when possible. Unfortunately, the rest of the company is disorganized, rude, and only looks out for themselves.
One of the biggest problems is paycheck deductions. It seems like the company tries to deduct every possible charge from your settlements whenever they get the chance. You constantly have to chase down the accountant, sending multiple texts just to get basic things fixed. It’s frustrating, disheartening, and frankly made me lose trust in the company. I’m not the only one — many other drivers feel the same way, and it's a constant topic of conversation.
They also love handing out financial penalties — I lost over $2,800 for damages and inspection violations. Meanwhile, the company breaks federal safety rules left and right. It’s a one-way street: drivers get punished, the company does not.
Lastly, there's a serious issue with driver English proficiency. Many drivers barely speak or understand English, which becomes a real safety concern during roadside inspections and interactions.
Cons
Enables HOS Violations, Unfair Deductions, and Toxic Culture
