When you report a problem they on top of it. Call and make sure you ok ask Do you have any questions or concerns. Sends u a birthday card every year. Not a bad company to work for.

I got bit by there trainers dog. The 4th bite They fired me. Then they made me pay them to take me to my car where they picked me up from. Thomas Keller Trucking company is the worst company I've ever worked for in my life. Please read your reviews before you start with this company..

DM is great guy, Most office workers are very friendly and helpful. Poor load planning and equipment is getting to the point of needing replacing.

I am seeing reviews from people with bad driving records on here. This company is fantastic and truly cares about the drivers. They have TONS of home time options and have always worked with me on anything I needed for the many years I have been here. Don't take my word (or the ones that couldn't meet the standards), find their trucks and talk to their drivers. You wont be disappointed

Equipment and maintenance is below average. Trucks breakdown and they can't fix em right the first time. Always something wrong with their trailers, worn out or simply does not work. Check engine on is normal according to the fleet person. LoL! Tell you to goto TA since their own mechanics are too busy, 2 weeks behind. Abuse your time off imo. You often run out of time and they get you home 8,9,10,11 at night on your friday. You complain and their answer is "there is no time we get you home by." Never mind being courteous and respectful. The planners don't plan well. Set unrealistic expectations on delivery times. They don't account for common delays such as time of day, traffic, construction and weight. Every other driver I spoke with about this company say the same things I have said here. Keller has been bad since 2019 and won't change since. They are a bad trucking company and do not treat their drivers well.

Mechanics and equipment Dispatch is arrogant and incompetent Mgmt doesn't care about their drivers imo reflected by their purchase decisions on a fancy new corporate building as opposed to a bigger shop and new trucks. They lie about miles. One week I had 1243 miles. Lol! They told me I would get average of 2200 to 2500 a week. I would not recommend keller to any driver.
