TMC seemed great in the beginning, especially the trucks. Little by little, they chip away at you. They're always pushing you to run illegal, they won't pay for down time, and they steal from your paycheck over silly things. Sooner or later, everybody walks in and quits. It's just a matter of when.

Cons
Dishonest managers, dispatchers and corporate staff. The constant battle to stay legal and they want you to work on your time off to take care of THEIR truck and do unpaid company runs. The illegal Driver log book correction system cost them dearly.
