The new management has destroyed what used to be a great company to work for. They use shady tactics to get rid of long term employees.

This place is shady now. Stealing pay running everyone out is exactly what they want. Started long time ago. Change the name already and quit riding on what the good ones built. Lot of good family companies up the road. Stay clear.

This place went from being top tier to worst company and it’s a damn shame. Running out of money. Everyone from top down has left or is leaving.

Lately the morale has been low. The company wants us to use our phones for work and unless they are paying the bill that is not acceptable. They hired an office manager about three years ago who drove away most of their top drivers. This new office manager has managed to chase out 9 of the top office staff they had. The new people he has brought in (if they answer) say Combined Trucking when they answer the phone. And another thing that is irritating is they bring in new drivers with little to no experience and pay them what the more experienced drivers are getting if not more. Why be loyal when it no longer is a good thing.

Pros

Well maintained and clean equipment

Cons

Some current changes only benefit the office.
