Bad management. Work you like a dog and expect extra stuff done for free. Once you do it once they will continue to abuse you. Managers leave early while drivers are still on the road. No help and clueless.

Tq Logistics is a third party company. All vehicles used by them are leased through Penske and Ryder. They label all their trucks to the customer so they are hard to pick out on the road. The upper management which is scattered from Chicago to Florida with the main office being in Marrietta Georgia are highly educated number punchers who could care less about the drivers. You are easily replaceable in their eyes. Drivers are a dime a dozen to them. They will carefully word what they have to say to get you to do something illegal with out actually saying it. Then if something happens they will put it all on you, or if you call them out on it they will make things up and fire you in a second before they get caught up in it. They are constantly short-handed forcing the managers with cdls to be driving all the time and not taking care of the real issues. Long hours and working like a dog for them but they won't give you the time of day to even speak to you on the phone. Complete joke of a company.

This company will not pay you everything that is supposed to be paid. They will claim you for no reason. Bad company
