This company is one of the worst in the trucking industry I’ve work with this company for almost 2 years they have no communication in the whole company dispatcher n planners don’t have no idea what there doing also the pay is one of the lowest in the industry I told them good pay is $2,000 to 2,500 bring home they told me they are not that big of company to pay that type of money but they try to run it like a big it’s not a good company it’s good for rookies not professional I have more but I’ll leave it that
Pros
Planners don’t have any idea of what there doing they change my load one day 5 times and will change it and you don’t know that they did it
Cons

I have been with TRD for approximately 1 year now ! By far the best company I have ever worked for in my 20 plus years Experience. I have never had any issues with home time , reimbursements, maintenance, dispatch and safety. They have insensitive’s such as bounus’ for completion of monthly safety videos , keeping your truck clean, and many more ! All they expect is do your job is to do your job to the best of your abilities
Pros
2500 miles plus a week , sign on bonus , insensitive program constant updates from safety , office personal from operations to dispatch and planners are easy to talk too .

Equipment is well maintained. Some tankers are kind of beat up from the farms but not terrible. Landing gear and lights are fine, just some folks don’t know how to back a tank and smack the ladder or such. Pay is great! I’m gonna end 2023 in the low to mid 90’s. I consistently run 2900-3300 miles a week. Dispatchers are great. They try to accommodate and work with you. I’ve never had trouble getting home.
Pros
Good pay
Good equipment
Good home time
Good miles
Friendly office staff and dispatchers
Cons
Short runs (550 or so average)
Communication needs work
Chicken farms on the regular (stink, dirty)
