Before the log changes they would cheat and edit logs all the time. JJ forced drivers to run on Sleeper log hours. He would always say get coffee and get back in the truck. They'd sign NDAs and it would only be used to harass truckers. The bonuses are bs and basically unobtainable. If you're over hour oh well. They'll assign you a load going the wrong way. They'll promise longer loads and NEVER deliver. You'll get 1 long load in maybe 4 months. Good luck living under 35k a year because of these people.

Cons

Broken equipment (in the yard and pickup), bad dispatch, low miles, under 50cpm despite record, bonuses hard to get, no raises for seniority

Lot of miles if you want to run paid post office to post office so .39 a mile is actually .35 a mile but I made over $75,000 last year go home when you want paid weekly mileage incentive, fuel bonuses, safety bonuses, all in all good people to work for office as well as shop ARE responsive to what you need..

Pros

Lot of miles trucks run 72 mph

Cons

Need a raise after two years
