Founded by Kimberly Hoffman—who brings over 15 years of specialized experience in recruiting Class A drivers—the company is rooted in both industry expertise and personal connection. Kimberly’s father, a retired owner-operator with more than 52 years on the road, inspired her early on; she spent her summers traveling the country alongside him in his burgundy-red long-nose Peterbilt, gaining a firsthand appreciation for the trucking lifestyle. While Kimberly has never driven professionally, she has a deep respect for the sacrifices drivers make to keep the nation moving.
