If I could’ve gave them zero Stars They are very hostile and stressful place to work, Dispatch cursed you and they get away And they will have a favorite driver to follow other drivers to get you fired.. It’s not a healthy place and management doesn’t have the ability to sit down to tell you the investigation came out as you a lier ,

Pros

Cons

They like to fix things to break it ,

Brand new facility with brand new tractors in Schnecksville, PA, currently on routes to NYC, company goes out of their way to make deliveries easier and safe, great hourly pay and benefits

Pay is ok but the benefits, weekly pay, pto, sign on bonus, scheduled pay increases make up the difference. Typically stay out once a week in a hotel. Otherwise, home daily. Some Saturdays but off every Sunday.

Pros

Manager is good. A former driver so he understands things. 90% of deliveries are dock stops. If you have to unload, you have an electric pallet jack. If you are a newer driver definitely a good option. Equipment is newer and maintained well. Company store is a perk too.

Cons

The starting pay isn’t great. But after 6 months you get an increase. And another increase 6 months after that. If you stay for a couple years it gets much better.
