Its an okay company. worked with them back in 2022 for about a year. and just this year came back. started back up with them in september of 2025 after being OTR for a bit with other places. Making store deliveries with electric pallet jack, or liftgate in CT/MA fof the most part to Whole foods. but half the time the warehouse continues to screw up and make hs drivers late to our stops or make if hard to get pallets through the dock door because they'll stack them to high and too wide. Equipment is terrible. Trucks always having issues, not many new trailers and always a risk of hitting something when backing into these stores with tight spaces. Management id so-so. half of them have never driven a truck before and never have at least been on the routes or done the work so they are clueless or don't bother helping with issues. they only care about the stops getting delivered and not about if you have to come in the next day for another route. I wouldn't even consider HNFI because the days/nghts whatever you work are long and still doesn't feel like enough time at home. just enough time to come home eat dinner, shower, sleep and then get up and do it again.

Pros

Home Daily, Hourly Pay, Overtime, and paid time off

Cons

Route bid system, seniority list, Union, Union Dues, Management doesn't care about the drivers but say they do care which is a complete LIE

If I could’ve gave them zero Stars They are very hostile and stressful place to work, Dispatch cursed you and they get away And they will have a favorite driver to follow other drivers to get you fired.. It’s not a healthy place and management doesn’t have the ability to sit down to tell you the investigation came out as you a lier ,

Pros

Cons

They like to fix things to break it ,
