I was put into a brand new Freightliner cascadia that had 1900 mi on it. So the equipment is great. You will not be lacking on the miles. They expect you to run at least 4,000 mi a week. You earn a day off for each week that you're out. Most of the loads are USPS live loads which means expedited. The good thing about USPS loads is that most facilities are open 24/7. As a result you will be getting unloaded when you arrive. The pay is $0.70 per mile; the first 50 deadhead is not. You're paid every week on Friday but your first check is not until the end of the second week. You're allowed $100 cash advance daily when you buy fuel. There is a deduction of $150 every week toward a $2,500 escrow.
