Every driver who has commented on these individuals is entirely accurate. The interview process involves misrepresentation regarding bonuses, differential pay, and scheduled work hours. It is evident that they are dishonest and condescending in their communication. The company's communication style is severely lacking, and they also dispatch drivers from Oklahoma to provoke drivers instead of addressing specific issues or complaints. If considering this company..... RUN!!!!!!

Home time ( that if they don't call you to come in)

Cons

No differential pay, forced dispatching, dispatchers poor readings for loads, no communication, dispatch will try to patronize and antagonize drivers to run past your scheduled time. Management is poor!!!!

not worth the stress and disrespect coming from the terminal manager and her favorites. other drivers get whatever loads they can while her favorites get all the better routes

Spent a long time there, only to be laid off because of no work. Myself as well as several other long term drivers. No thank you for the years of work, just goodbye. Join the family, only if you want to be treated like a step child. Didn't want to pay you any more or any extra for wait times, etc. They can afford to buy another company for 69.4 million. Trucks always break down, a lot of trailers that need to be in a scrap yard. They care more about their public image than anything else!

The company is a waste of time for owner operators. 67% and no paid training. It take six week to get paid. My frist check was $1600.00 for six weeks. Do the math
