Equipment is junk. Maintenance is a joke. Their website says best equipment and a well maintained fleet, ???? only their favorites get the new equipment. Center managers have no clue about the industry. Penny pinching turn a good company to a bad one. Pay is ok, at best. Was told in a meeting that don't want to pay the best, we want to pay in the middle somewhere. You get what you pay for!

Pros

Home daily

Cons

Low pay, payroll issues constantly, junk equipment

Current employee of 8 years. Communication is absolutely dreadful! Center mangers have to call corporate to do anything! I have been lied to on so many occasions about stuff. If you are not in a town that has an office, you are on your own! Turn over rate is extremely high! Lower pay the other companies. O/O have issues getting paid on loads. Recapped tires, and older trailers. Maintenance is an issue, just due to penny pinching on the corporate level. Currently on 4th center manger for my area. Dispatchers come and go by the day. O/O are not paid for training when they are hired on, they are offered a $4000 sign on bonus that’s paid out after 90 days. I have lost count of the billing errors for loads on my settlements.

Pros

Home every night

Cons

Look else where!!

Junk equipment, dispatchers do whatever makes their life easier not yours. Maintenance is a complete joke. They say they want your input to make the company better and then turn around and let you go

There is one man that has driven this company straight into the ground. He's not the owner or the son. He thinks he knows what's best for everyone. Meanwhile the company has lost tons of business and great drivers all because of him. If you like to be micro managed this is the place.

Once was a good place to work but they are all about their money, not yours. You would think hauling haz mat you would be making good money, not here. They don't want to pay you for any of your time unless you are under a load. New management has ruined what could be a great company.

Pros

Plenty of home time because no work.

Cons

Junk equipment, they take your safety bonus for any reason they can think of
