As a company driver. It was ok at first then the pay didn't show on time. No quick responses waiting for ever or non at all. No physical paperwork for truck. Only a email copy. Try to explain thst to dot. Wasn't informed at all that they got rid of all company driver and there company truck. Showed up to work and I had no truck or job without warning. ### them also im still waiting 6+ weeks to see if my belongings are going to be returned. Us1 logistics is not a professional company to work for.

Pros

Easy work load when they dont run you 14 hrs a day.

Cons

No courtesy call saying they got rid of all company drivers and trucks and being let go with no warning. Still waiting for my belongings that I had in the truck. 6 weeks and counting. Scrappy ending to what could've been a good job.

If yall read these comments and still apply for us1, your the problem. Us1 is a scam. Literally almost lost everything. Signed up with these people in September now im on a brink of losing my truck.

Pros

Nothing at all.

Cons

You will owe these people as soon as you start. They dont have good connection so you will be going out the way to break even. They will take money from you with no explanation and the lady who is over everything (donna) runs a dictatorship. Trust these comments. Us1 will have you evicted and broke

No work, No pay, they pay avg $200 for owner operators/ run (3.5 to 4.5 hrs/run) They won't give you more than 2 runs a day. Many times no runs...

I have been with the Staunton Illinois office for over 5 years. I love this job. I am able to pick my loads. I enjoy my job and life now. Everything Jean said it would be it is. I highly recommend you give them a try you will make the most money you have every made.

Best Company ever - I am never competing with Company drivers like at my old company. I am paid every Friday it is in my account no fighting for my paycheck like at my old company. I am home more than I have ever been and making more money - what is not to like? I would recommend coming over to this company. The office is always friendly and helpful. Jean is always there.

Pros

They do not over hire Owner Operators - Owner Ops and freight is a great balance so you always have freight

Cons

I have nothing bad to report about US 1 Logistics they are truly a fantastic company to work for.
