Been driving with Uzways LLC for a while now and it’s been a pretty good experience overall. They treat drivers with respect, paychecks come in on time, and dispatch is easy to work with. If something comes up, they usually take care of it fast. Just a solid company to drive for.

Stealing driver’s money and lie on everything. Keeping $3000 as escrow even if you’re just a company driver and when you’re leaving they do everything in their power to steal it from you and even your last paycheck.

Do not bother with this company. they will promise you the world and deliver nothing. Look at their FMCSA SAFR report and you will know why to stay away. They let drivers drive with no CDL. When they get caught they promise you everything. STAY AWY!

None, they pretend like they don't speak English.
Cons
Everything. Trucks aren't serviced, their tablet is a disaster, you weill be sitting more than driving.

They are promising lot until you get job after that they said sorry market is slow. I don’t recommend this trucking company. They told me they have 17 year experience maybe it true but
