Former dispatch here to affirm your thoughts. NO THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE DRIVERS. Its all about the owners taking advantage of people they feel are below them.

This company suck never work for them they take money u work for.And they care less about us or how u feel

Lack of consistent communication is my only real issue with V3 Dispatchers/planners/office employees in general spread thin. Does this make them a bad company? My response is NO it makes them a small company in a big company industry trying to breakout. If you are looking for a decent company with average compensation and a office full of down-to-earth folks who know you by name and not a number, then V3 family is worth consideration. Am I always happy? NO. Do they try to make it right? YES look here folks we are truck drivers and mindset is if you aren't moving you aren't earning. I find that compensation more time than not balances out the downtime. Thats not to say that I enjoy it but it is what it is, TIME SENSITIVE FREIGHT is always unpredictable.

Company will dispatch around their own sitting trucks to make more money. Stay away. Dispatch is clueless. All you hear when you visit is sports and video games. What a joke

It’s a good job but what they don’t ell you is your down for a long time and I mean a long time if your not moving your not making money
