I would recommend Wayne Transports to a few different types of drivers. If you enjoy running hard and delivering 2–3 loads a day, they have a spot for you. If you prefer a steady schedule with one load and one delivery a day, like shuttle work, they have that too. And if you’re into long-haul or regional work where you load one day, drive to the customer, deliver in the morning, and head back to reload, they have a place for you as well. Overall, Wayne Transports has options for just about any driver who fits those styles. From what I hear at their terminals, a lot of the drivers are also making double what they were making before they switched to Wayne.

Pros

clean trucks, top pay, flexible dispatch.

Cons

home time. But that comes with a trucking job

One of the better companies in the Midwest. I get home on the weekends, and the dispatch is very flexible with how we run.

Pros

home on our resets, good pay, flexible dispatch

Cons

Shops fill up fast, and you can't get in right away. some shippers and receivers don't know how to order the product, so you may be sitting for a day to get unloaded

Rosemount petroleum is the worst, dispatch will run you ragged dead heading all over which sucks since everything is load pay, beware of Todd he's nothing but lies on top of lies and the owners just sit idle letting this poor excuse of a human being exist there. Equipment looks good but runs poorly half the trucks you see in Rosemount are broke or going to auction. Benefits are good pay could be remarkably good but sadly due to poor management decisions you'll just end up driving around empty and waiting for what feels like an eternity for an answer.

Driver beware!!! They allow toxic dispatch and mistreatment of drivers. Been told more than once the entire terminal was easily replaced. Threatened with write-ups(even though dispatch couldnt) to get driver’s to us 16 and work 6 days a week.

Pros

Pay is barely above average.

Cons

Poor dispatch, poor use of driver’s day, dispatch forced drivers to fix their mistakes, dispatch lied on drivers to customers and management

Worst dispacers ever. Do not drive for the petrolium division. Tod is not good they want you to run 16 hrs a day

WAYNE TRANSPORTS is probably a good job...nice, well-maintained equipment...a few different divisions of bulk work...AND they don't seem to advertise anywhere except for on their website.
