There is no transparency too many lies management is all over the place very disorganized they say they have plenty dedicated work going to Micheal lewis airport that's a lie it's only assigned to the guys that's been there they advertise pay being .65 cents a miles it's really .55 a mile per diem is supposed to be $65.00 a day but it's only .13 cents of the miles you run they are not full transparent on pay and when pay goes in and you will be running a lot of OTR spot market freight and they don't have digital pay stubs the pay stubs come in by mail and they supposed to mail a months worth of paystubs they only mailed one week don't just walk away run from them..

I driver for this company now one thing I can say I drove for a lot of company and this is the one and only come that I found that do what they said. You want miles they have them, you are pre-plan so prefect as soon as you hit arrive at a delivery your next pickup comes through, sometimes you might have to wait 5 minutes it’s not hours like some companies. The only reason I would leave this company is if I was tired of the road, I love it here you definitely make your money and home time like clockwork. The equipment is always on point even if you didn’t put a work order in they still make sure the truck is prefect for those DOT inspection, I definitely don’t have no complaints when I needed to be home no problem, office staff treated you with respect they know your name when you call are come in all you have to do is communicate.
