You will never make what you are worth even if you never go home. I begged for miles and rarely ever was dispatched for more than 2000 miles a week, if that, and I could definitely have driven more miles.
Pros
Equipment, they are a good starter company.
Cons
Never enough miles even when you beg for them

I am currently a lease operator and otr trainer. Alot of negative gets passed around but all in all the company is decent if you actually drive and dont whine and turn down loads. I know current lease operators bringing home on average 1500-2000$ per week AFTER all expenses. These ones saying they only get a couple hundred a week are usually always turning down loads or not wanting to run hard.
Yes some dispatchers I strongly prefer not to deal with but for the most part they are pretty good. They make you sign a contract saying you will reimburse schooling if you dont stay for 1 year. Well they pay to fly you out, as well as your hotel the whole time your doing the training for the first 3 weeks. They also give you a time frame to back out without owing anything. You are not paid the first 3 weeks but you can take a 200 loan each week paid back at 25$ a week after hired. Then while out with a otr trainer for 30k miles you get a 900$ guarantee before taxes. Then you go out with a recent graduate for another 30k and keep that guarantee, or paid 32cent per dispatched mile to truck. Whichever is more. You can easily average 5-6000miles a week as a team and you get that 32 cents for all that mileage not just what you drive. Then you can decide to team company, solo company, or lease
I went lease and also am training and make great money. The home time is on board with most other otr companies.
All in all its a great company to start with and get your cdl. Also if your willing to drive the miles and dont make stupid mistakes they will keep you running and making money.
Pros
The cover cost of training
Provide food and airfare
Smaller company with perks of mega carriers
Decent communication
Decent home time
Decent pay
Cons
Not all dispatchers are great but get a good one and you'll be set
Unfortunately not all trainers are great but can always request new trainer and they will get you one

This is a horrible scam promotion. They put you through terrible stress and treat you like (profane). They bait you in with false CDL dreams. Own your own truck (true) but at hidden costs that lead to $1600 a week ($83,000 a year) a brand new 2026 costs $199,999, you will have paid for the truck within 2 years and it’s still not yours. Your offered a balloon payment of full cost of the truck even after you have had it for three years. (BS). So, at $22-2500 a week minus $1600 a week you will bring home $600-$900 a week and you best save for you 1099 quarterly taxes. Don’t think about leaving because you are tricked in signing a contract. I suggest you steer clear from this scam. Finally, they have forward and rear facing cameras which record 24/7, no privacy and they can back up footage at anytime and see everything. The training is incomplete and dangerous, they give a false sense of security and many drivers have a crash or accident within the first 6 months…then you’re fired.
Pros
New equipment well maintained. Good fronting of a bad investment. Lunches provided, and room at a run down hotel that is musty and mildewed, but the breakfast is pretty good.
Cons
Everything else. Entrapping poor unsuspecting new comers who have a false idea of owning their own truck and making money. Trapped into a contract that is only beneficial to the owner of the contract.

They charge the price to lease 3 kenworth trucks per week for just one frieghtliner seriously 1600 per week to lease a truck with a huge balloon payment at the end thats more than rent in florida and you walk away without a truck and you blew all that money on truck payments for measles 14k lease completion bonus
Pros
Company driver pay and benifits
Cons
Constantly parked sitting on loads no response from dispatch on any holiday weekend underpowered 12 literally engine trucks samsara ai camera which constantly falsely accuse the driver and the company blindly believes it without ever looking into it extremely high truck payments and balloon payments
