Pay is decent once they get you moving, but it's very inconsistent from one week to the next. Loads are not preplanned, they start looking for one once you're empty. This is obviously not very efficient. Equipment is not great, maintenance is sub par at best, and management is not good at all. If you live in Sioux Falls, you'll be home weekly. If you don't, good luck to you. Every time I get to the yard, which is every week or so, they have to work on my truck. Nonstop issues over 4 months so far. Not looking like a good fit.
Pros
No inward facing cameras. Pay is fair most of the time.
Cons
Equipment is sub par. Dispatch is not efficient. Home time must be submitted 2 weeks in advance. Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for a load assignment, waiting to load, and waiting to unload.
