These people know how to run a company! Plenty of home time when I want it, plenty of miles when i don't. Smaller company but they have all the things the bigger companioes have without the un-personal feelings of a big company. Glad I found them. Will retire from here.

Pros

Home time, pay, consistency, pet policy

Cons

terminal only has one shower for drivers

I ran hard for this company, my choice. They're all very excellent people. If you ask...they do their best to make it happen.

Pros

Most of the dispatch team has been behind the wheel. Very understanding... However, if you try to pull a fast one they will call out! This company doesn't ask of you what you aren't capable of. Good equipment.

Cons

Bi-weekly pay. All automatic equipment. My only complaint is that, I needed to be home (family emergency) I said and made clear I didn't know when I would be able to get back. So I left the truck in the yard, taking my personal items with me. I then received a text message asking about my experience with the company??? Yes, I could have done a better job at keeping in touch, but I had too much to deal with at the time. My focus wasn't on my position rather my daughter and son.
