Terrible management, only in it for themselves. The owner is a two faced liar, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Run don’t walk away. In 10 years this is the most toxic work environment I have ever seen and in trucking that says a lot. Within the last year there has been a 99.9% turn over with ops manager, dispatch and load planning. They don’t care, communicate, and lie to cover themselves. Look at their fb page on how often they are hiring. It’s not because they are growing. You can look at carrier source and see they aren’t adding trucks. They will run you enough to cover the guarentee and then your sitting.

Home time was just ok. Dispatchers are horrible. Very rude to drivers and don't seem to understand that without drivers there would be no job for them. They are the main reason that drivers leave. Trucks were ok, limited runs, depending on the job you sign up for.

When drivers have appointment times they never get loaded/unloaded. Never home on time and when you are supposed to be home. Dispatchers don't respond back to drivers or answers the phone when called. Every time, run out of hours. No one cares.

Drivers are known by name, not a truck number. We get home weekly and are paid great. Travis the owner is a driver and can be seen driving his stretched w900 delivering local loads often. The eqipment is great and the staff is friendly. A real homey atmosphere.
