Work holidays ,weekends , nights,days ,phone dispatch by seniority. No assignment of trucks and no accountability to damaged equipment. You are treated like meat ,but if can put in 10 years it becomes a really good job,but below industry standards in pay department.Very good healthcare,but no 401 match with scimpy pension.
