Regional out of New Jersey. Overall it’s been good for me. Equipment is solid, trucks are newer and if something becomes headache they usually get you into another truck pretty quick. I’m in a Volvo now but them new Cascadia Gen 5 trucks they bringing in look nice too. Pay been steady. If you wanna work and run your loads, money there. I do my 5 days out and usually get my weekends home. Some weeks better than others but that’s trucking. Dispatch can get little rough with attitude sometimes or take forever answer when busy, not gonna lie. But at the end they still get the job handled and keep freight moving so I can’t complain too much. Big thing with this company, just be serious about the job and communicate. Lot easier than some places I worked before. (FYI this just my experience, everybody got different stories.)

Been driving long time, did few months with Z out Jersey. Gotta say it’s a decent outfit. I run regional, get home most weekends, that’s all I care about now. They keep you rolling, checks come right, trucks newer, no headaches.. Ain’t perfect but better than lot of places I seen.

Drove for Z out of Jersey like 9 months. Job was pretty good for me. I was doing regional, getting home most weekends, sometimes it come a little late but still ok. They keep you working, not sitting too much. Money come every week, no problems. Trucks all newer, mine was clean when I got it. Nothing fancy, just does the job. Dispatch was fine, not bothering you all day.

Worked for Z out of Tennessee close to a year. Overall everything was good with the compsny. I had to leave because of some health reasons, not because of the company. If I could, I would still be working there Appreciate everybody over there, good people to work with.

Everything been smooth for me. Pay always on time, loads are steady, no stress. Trucks in the fleet are newer, and I been seeing they bringing in them new Cascadia Gen 5 trucks, they look real nice....... I’m in a Volvo right now, it’s good, no issues, but I’d switch to one of those Cascadias if I get the chance for sure..... Company does what it’s supposed to, no games1!
