Drove for Z out of Jersey like 9 months. Job was pretty good for me. I was doing regional, getting home most weekends, sometimes it come a little late but still ok. They keep you working, not sitting too much. Money come every week, no problems. Trucks all newer, mine was clean when I got it. Nothing fancy, just does the job. Dispatch was fine, not bothering you all day.

Pros

pay on time

Cons

little waiting sometimes//

Worked for Z out of Tennessee close to a year. Overall everything was good with the compsny. I had to leave because of some health reasons, not because of the company. If I could, I would still be working there Appreciate everybody over there, good people to work with.

Been with Z Transportation around 8 months out of Boston....... Overall it’s been a good place to work. I run regional so I get home most weekends, sometimes a little late but nothing crazy......... Everything been smooth for me. Pay always on time, loads are steady, no stress. Trucks in the fleet are newer, and I been seeing they bringing in them new Cascadia Gen 5 trucks, they look real nice....... I’m in a Volvo right now, it’s good, no issues, but I’d switch to one of those Cascadias if I get the chance for sure..... Company does what it’s supposed to, no games1!

Pros

pay always on time

Cons

no

Started with z kinda random, didn’t know much about them before. Ended up staying close to a year. I was running regional in Michigan, getting home most weekends, sometimes late but still worked out. What I liked is they don’t overcomplicate stuff. You get your load, do your thing, that’s it. Trucks were newer, mine was a Cascadia and ran smooth whole time. Pay was steady, nothing missing, always on time. Not gonna say it’s perfect, but compared to some other places I been, this was way easier to deal with.

Pros

simple system no headaches

Cons

little waiting here and there

I don’t usually write reviews but figured I’d drop one. I was with this company a little under a year. Ran regional out of Michigan, was getting home most weekends which was the main reason I stayed as long as I did. Job itself was pretty straightforward. You pick up, deliver, keep it moving. Trucks were all newer, no real issues with mine. It’s one of those companies where if you handle your business, they don’t mess with you much. Only reason I left was personal, nothing to do with the company... GJ!

Pros

not micromanaged

Cons

home time 4/5 but ok
