“we got this 2013 Volvo 780 which we was forced into back in July we have very high loan payments and the truck has been in the shop every two weeks I was told that if there are repairs that are needed for the truck we can afford to call them and they will take care of them. That doesn’t happen they lie every time and there answers change every time. They told me that it is there truck and they are responsible for the repairs and to bring it to a shop to get it looked at and send them the estimate and they will work on it. We have been here for 4 days now and lost out on several loads which is about 2500 for the week. We have already put in almost 11,000 dollars in repairs for this piece of s**t and they are refusing to fix it. The new repair bill is for things that if the brake the truck will not work totaling 4800.00 . I am talking to my attorney about these crooks. If you are looking to get a truck from this company do not sign with them you will get totally screwed. There are nothing but a lying bunch of crooks they will put you in a truck they want you in not what you want.”

“My company has been financing a piece of commercial equipment through GO CAPITAL. This company is not interested in growing productive, recurring business relationships, but only out for a quick buck at high interest rates.
After paying for almost a year, our equipment was stolen. That is when we suffered the most. We were advised not to make any additional payments by Ashley in the insurance department. Once the insurance company was done with their investigation, they added all of these fees and refused to give us a copy of the payoff. Everything that we were paying they tried to tell me, we wold receive no credit for. This company is a complete and utter fraud. BEWARE if you choose to do business with them, be prepared to lose and not have them to do anything about it. The management is inefficient, and whoever the owner is, has to be just as crooked if he employs these type of people.
If I had it to do over, I would have not chosen to do business with them, nor would I have ever referred the people to them that I referred. Please take caution in dealing with them, because they are as unethical as they come.”

“I leased a truck through this company in march 2016. I told them i needed a condition report and a current annual inspection, they said it wasnt a problem. We did the paper work on the loan it turned out that it was a lease they dont do loans they said after the paperwork was done. so i went to tn where the truck was at. The dealer wouldnt even let me test drive it or take it to a 3rd party mechanic. when i told shawn at go capital he said that i was already responsible for the loan that i had to take the truck. I told him the condition report and dot inspection were good so im there just to make sure the truck was suited for the job i was doing. We made a list of problems and the dealer Don Baskins in covington tn was going to fix it. When i left I drove the truck back to va and the rear end blew it had 2 inches of water in it. The inspection was falseified along with the condition report. I called Go capital and Nima was helping me. He was fired soon after. The truc is in such bad condition its gonna take almost 20000 to get it to pass inspection. Thats more than the truck was worth. so the new guy i spoke with said lets just walk away from it so i said ok. after I agreed I asked for some paperwork. His responce was we dont send paperwork for this. So I got an atorney and now we wait to see what Go capital is doing. So if this has happened to anyone else please let me know. We might be able to help each other. I have all the Emails and in Va its not legal to record a call but if your driving like i was the call wason speaker/ hands free so I have witnesess to take to court with if it comes to it.”

“Please stay away from this company! They are absolute thieves! It is incredible that our government allows them to stay in business while taking advantage of hard-working folks trying to earn a decent wage. Financed two semi trucks from this company – worth less than $65k total. First, the interest rate was absolutely ridiculous and tried to get out of the deal, but they charmingly convinced me that this was to my benefit and that it would help me boost my credit. Business took a downturn and I had trouble paying these trucks. They repossessed, re-sold with no issue and are now suing me for entire contract’s worth which is almost triple the total cost of the trucks. Absolutely disgusting how such organizations can get away with this crap and prey on consumers. Predatory lenders just as we had with the mortgage debacle that crippled our nation’s economy. My advice – find someone else to help you finance. Don’t even waste your time with these pieces of garbage.”

“In July of 2013 I needed a semi truck with my credit a bit low (from doing a modification and being out of work for a little while) so I contacted Go Capital and got Dave after looking over my aplication he said he could finance me but the rates would be high then he said he will have to writethe contract as a lease that way i could write it off in my taxex which at the end i would have a $1 buy out which sound good to me , then he told me to try and find a truck that was in the price range of 20 to 30k’s found one in GA called the dealer and made arrangements to see the truck, called dave to get the final paperwork done i was told dave connell did not work there any more this is where it all went down hill as i had given the dealer a check as a down payment paid over $3000 to start an insurance policy monies i would have lost and no buyout contract because according to them there was no dave there any more, for months i’ve requested a copy of the contract then finally in Dec 2014 i was told that what we had was a rental agreement and i would have to pay full market value for the truck if i wanted to keep it, so the $25000 truck would be costing me a total of $75000.00 to own, they finally sent me what is supposed a copy ot the agreement minus the numbers two weeks ago……so i guess ill be going through an attourney on my next purchase.”
Go Capital’s BBB complaint responses may show that some customers are at fault in financial disputes, but the fact that they’ve only been around for a few years and no one has anything good to say seems like a bad sign.

I hate these people I have been in the trucking industry for over 30 years and the worst mistake I have ever made in my life is to use these scammers they take advantage of people with less than perfect credit they charge three times the amount for equipment and they don’t understand that semis do break down and it is a shame that our country and government allow these type of businesses to operate in this country they say they are your partner in business but are they are out to do is to scam you out of as much money as possible they do not care about you as a customer or a future customer they need to be closed down and i hope that everyone listens to all these views of go capital because all these things that are being said is 100% true and I hope that all the people on here report these people at go capital to your local government for investigation of their business practices
Dan says
They give you false info about the loan.Low down-payment ,low intrest and bunch of other promises. But once you give them at least 500$ they change the numbers or they even deny your application.
