Earning Potential & Pay Features

- $0.60/mile starting rate

- Activity Pay: $20 per pickup and delivery
- Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day
Home Time
- We anticipate 60+ hours per weekend!
- Could potentially get home during the week as well! (More likely the closer you live to York, PA).
Job Details
- Pickup in York, PA
- Delivering expedited parts to Milford, MA and then Londonderry, NH
- Schedule alternates between a long and a short week:
- Long (3 round trips) - leave Monday night, return late Saturday night
- Short (2 round trips) - leave Tuesday night, return late Friday night
- Significant amount of night driving
- Assigned Freightliner Cascadia (no slip-seating)
- 100% no-touch freight
Early Exit Option
We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $2,000 payout. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- 6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
