I'm an owner operator and my first time hauling for them was horrible. Borker wouldn't pay lumper fees on a straight thru load and made me spend the night to get my trailer back from the receiver

Driver dropped trailer 3/28/2023 and was supposed to be done in 12 - 24 hours. Greenburg, IN Honda is known for holding trailers hostage to store their parts. The trailer wasn't empty until 4/6/2023. They refuse to pay what's stated in the rate con "When applicable, ITS will provide layover pay at a rate of $250.00." They offered $350 instead.

They fall to pay as agreed. They start out great but they have no regard for following their carrier agreement, Net 30 days. Filing a claim against their bond is the only remedy or report them to the FMCSA because their practices are defrauding truckers!

The company will use stall tactics to get out of paying carriers. They have developed a strategy to pay you initially and then all of sudden, they stop paying. They use stall tactics and you will wind up having to sue them!!! They lie. These are fraudulent business practices. If you are an employee file a complaint with DOT IG. If you are a carrier or owner operator, file a complaint with DOT IG. File complaint against their bond. File a complaint against their broker license. Do not let them continue to attempt to defraud us!!!!
