Pay is good, new and old equipment, only 1 terminal so parking during home time can be a real problem. Office staff is from 7am- 6pm so getting help after hours can be a problem… night dispatch is useless. Sometimes you waste time sitting around waiting on loads and never get paid for detention. Benefits are ok. 1k escrow. No vacation or sick pay so you are force to work every day if you wanna get paid. Too small of a company.

All trucks still have no automatic releases for trailers, unpaved Terminal. Getting home is nightmare. Pickups or small company to drop or get loaded are Chinese owned and no regard for space to back into.Last minute assignments.
